Insights for Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders
Holiday Greetings from Leaders Edge
December 24, 2018

I love taking the opportunity to pause and reflect at this time of the year. 2018 has been eventful, productive and incredibly gratifying, both personally and professionally. There have been ups and downs, for sure. But looking back, it is clear that the ups outnumber the downs.

On the down side, I lost my father this year. He taught me so much about hard work and integrity, but he also taught me the value of being a grounded, kind and genuine human being. I am who I am today because of his influence, and I will miss him greatly. Although his loss hurts, I am grateful to be his daughter, and I will carry his influence with me throughout the rest of my life.

On the up side, I have had the pleasure of working with some truly amazing individuals and organizations this year. I love having the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise. I also love learning about the stories and experiences of the people I work with. It is definitely a two-way street, and I am truly blessed!

I want to take a moment to say thank you. You are part of a community that is transforming the way people think about leadership. Together, we are influencing the world in important, positive ways. We are also proving that leadership is more powerful when it is paired with traits like generosity, kindness, vulnerability and awareness.

I hope you enjoy a wonderful holiday season with family members, friends and all the people you love the most. And I hope the new year brings amazing developments in all areas of your life.

2019 promises to be an exciting year for Leaders Edge, and I can’t wait to continue this journey with you.
