This training is ideal for organizations aiming to cultivate leadership skills across all levels. It’s particularly beneficial for teams looking to empower individuals in various roles to take on leadership responsibilities.

What is the time commitment required for participants?

We offer two delivery options for this program.  It can be delivered in-person over one day or we can deliver this program virtually over two 3-hour sessions.

We also have the option to integrate self-awareness assessment tools into the experience which would extend the training delivery by half-day to an additional full day depending on the client’s goals and objectives.

Are there any certification or credentials awarded upon completion?

Yes, participants receive a certification of completion, recognizing their enhanced leadership skills and their commitment to professional development.

Can this program be delivered virtually or in-person?

It can be delivered both virtually and in-person, providing flexibility to accommodate your team’s preferences and logistical needs.
