What distinguishes the Sales Leadership Program from other sales training programs?

This program focuses on developing skills that target leading self-first such as self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and effective communication.  Then we  focus on additional skills such as the power of influence and asking the right questions to guide conversations to enhance relationship building and sales performance.

Can the program be tailored to fit the unique needs of our sales team?

Yes, the program can be customized to address the specific challenges and goals of your sales team, ensuring that the content is relevant and impactful.

What is the format of the training sessions (e.g., workshops, online modules)?

We offer two delivery options for this program.  It can be delivered in-person over one day or we can deliver this program virtually over two 3-hour sessions.

We also have the option to integrate self-awareness assessment tools into the experience which would extend the training delivery by half-day to an additional full day depending on the client’s goals and objectives.

What metrics are used to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program?

Metrics include sales performance data, participant feedback, and observed changes in leadership behavior. These metrics help assess the impact of the training on overall sales effectiveness.
